About Our Founder and Trainer

Libby Delaune is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is licensed as a Behavior Analyst (LBA/LABA) in the states of Kansas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. She is a Disability Awareness Speaker residing in the Kansas City Metro Area. She holds a Master of Special Education from Texas State University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of Texas at Austin. Having been in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for over 20 years and being neurodivergent herself, Libby brings a unique perspective to the world of working with persons with disabilities. She presents disability awareness and inclusivity trainings nationwide to Real Estate Agencies and Real Estate Associations.
